By 40, my career as a director — across blue-chip companies and SMEs — was flying. From the outside, it looked like success.
I was heading for burnout.
What followed was a midlife tsunami that left me deeply disillusioned by the speed and effectiveness of conventional therapy.
I wasn’t willing to lose my edge to find balance.
I wanted clarity without dulling. Depth without collapse. Healing without becoming small.
So I did the only thing that made sense. I went looking.
Driven by a determination to understand what truly cuts through negative conditioning, trauma and the habits that quietly run our lives, I spent years scouring the globe for approaches that actually work — not just in theory, but in real bodies, real relationships and real leadership contexts.
My training spans decades and disciplines.
I have studied and trained with leaders including Tony Robbins, Dr John F Demartini, Richard Bandler and Dr Joe Dispenza. I worked closely with Dr Wyatt Woodsmall PhD, one of the founding figures of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and world-renowned therapist Wyatt Webb. I am qualified in the Re-Parenting Model and Love Addiction work developed by relationship and addiction specialist Pia Mellody, and I collaborated with Dr James Hardt, founder of The Biocybernaut Institute, completing advanced alpha brain-wave training in his labs.
Alongside this formal training sits over twenty years of personal study with physicists, doctors, therapists, healers and shamans from around the world — exploring consciousness, nervous system regulation, identity change and human potential at its edges.
From this, The Zelli Method emerged.
It is not a technique.
It is not a modality.
It is a precision framework bespoke for each client — integrating psychology, neuroscience, somatic intelligence and consciousness work — designed for people who are already capable, successful and driven, but know they have the capacity for greater authenticity, depth and inner peace.

My Services
Drawing on extensive training in classical coaching, practical psychology and alternative approaches, I bring the best of all worlds to my practice, working in close partnership with my clients. My role: To improve their lives, bringing meaning and purpose.
My range of services includes executive coaching, personal coaching, crisis management and new chapters. No two journeys are the same, I work with each person individually, tailoring their programme to the issues they are facing, their needs, and their particular way of learning.
